- ●Credit or debit card (held on file, not charged unless no-show)
No-Show Policy: Your card will NOT be charged for attending your scheduled appointment. We collect your card on file solely as a commitment deposit. A $100 fee will only be charged if you fail to attend your appointment without rescheduling or canceling at least 24 hours in advance.

We do not prepare, file, or submit VA disability claims on your behalf, nor do we provide legal representation. Our services are limited to medical record review, education, and the preparation of medical documentation, including Independent Medical Opinions (nexus letters) and Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), to support your existing or future VA disability claim. You remain solely responsible for submitting any claims or evidence to the Department of Veterans Affairs, either independently or through a representative of your choosing.
